• State Chess Champions 2008, 2009, 2010, 2011, and 2012

• Pleasant Hill Jazz Festival — the Northwest's largest school jazz festival

• Destination Imagination — annual host for the Southern Regional Finals from Grants Pass to

   Salem (with some Portland Schools this year, on March 10th). PHSD students have regularly

   gone to State, National, and International Competitions.

• Robotics championship. The Phantastic Mechanics of Pleasant Hill took home the Radisys

   Strategy and Innovation award, after competing with 117 other teams from across Oregon and

   SW Washington Details.

• Each campus has numerous clubs, including Brain Bowl, National Honor Society, Recycling Club,

   Equestrian Team, GSA, REACH, SPEW (Students Protecting Endangered Wildlife), Art Club.
