In cross country and track Jaesa has a personal best of 20:27 in the 5000m, 11:53 in the 3000m, and 5:07 in the 1500m.

She is a 5-time state place in various track events at the OSAA State Championships.

Titus Rice, a three-time Oregon 3A State Champion, recently signed a National Letter of Intent to wrestle at Umpqua Community College.

Men's Wrestling Coach Kyle Temple made the announcement official March 21st at Pleasant Hill HS.

"Titus is a small school kid that probably got overlooked by many coaches. I've witnessed first-hand how mentally and physically tough Titus is over his high school career. He recently finished 3rd at the OWA Freestyle state championships and won the OWA Greco State Championships. Titus knows how to battle and will make an impact in the NJCAA right away. He has won at every level and beat top ranked kids along the way. He brings that underdog mentality into his matches and always wrestles to show people he has something to prove. I feel very fortunate to sign a three time state champ, four time finalist to the RiverHawk wrestling family." said coach Temple.
