Elementary School:  Elementary Project Components design.pdf

  • New Classroom Addition: The extension of the east wing will add two upper and two lower floor classrooms, create additional common areas and add more restrooms.  DONE
  • Cafeteria Kitchen Remodeling: The remodel will provided new ADA accessible restrooms and update the current kitchen. DONE
  • Library Remodeling: The remodeling plan moves the inner wall to open up the space and add a partition to divide the current office into two separate offices. DONE
  • New Library Connector:  This connector would be a fully enclosed walkway between the elementary school vestibule and library. The vestibule will improve campus security by prohibiting direct access to the library and classrooms during school hours.

Middle School/High School: High School Project Components details (.pdf)

  • New Classroom Wing:   The new addition will house 16 standard classrooms, three science rooms and a makers’ lab. The U-shaped design will provided a division between the middle school and high school classrooms — DONE
  • New Auxiliary Gym: The auxiliary gym will be located to the north side of the existing gym and have a similar layout as the existing middle school gym. — DONE
  • Multipurpose/Commons with Kitchen Remodel:  The remodel of the multi-purpose room and kitchen removes the current stage and replaces it with a new kitchen. A raised area on the north side of the room will act as a replacement for the stage. — DONE
  • Locker Room Remodel:  The main component of this item is to provide adequate ventilation in this area. In addition, new toilet rooms and remodeled locker areas will be added, and shower areas will be updated to create more privacy. 
  • Main Gym Floor Replacement: The existing floor will be replaced; plans are still under review.
  • School Office Renovation: To help with security and access to visitors, the entrance of the school the office will be remodeled.
  • Proposed Bus Loop: The District is hiring is hiring a traffic expert to evaluate options.
