Classified Substitute Information

CLASSIFIED SUBSTITUTES NEEDED!

We would like to add on-call substitutes who are interested in working at our

Elementary (K-5), Middle School (6-8) and/or High School (9-12). 

 

Available Positions: Educational Assistant/ SPED Educational Assistant, Food Service, Library, Secretary, Custodian

To substitute in our district, you must:

1. Complete a Classified Personnel application and submit it to the district office

2. Successfully pass a drug screen

3. Visit our district office at 36386 Highway 58 between the hours of 7:30am and 3:30pm to complete employment documents

Please bring your:

  • Driver's license and Social Security Card or a current passport
  • A voided check or direct deposit authorization form from your bank

4. Apply for and receive ODE Fingerprinting Clearance (Requires $75 ODE fee, plus $12.50 processing fee when scheduling appointment)

5. Register with Frontline/Aesop

Note: Classified substitutes who are interested in subbing in Food Service must have a valid Oregon Food Handler's card. Those who are interested in subbing for Custodial/Maintenance will be required to complete a strength test.
