Budget Meeting Notice - May 17, 2021
NOTICE OF BUDGET COMMITTEE HEARING
A public meeting of the Budget Committee of the Pleasant Hill School District, County of Lane, State of Oregon, to discuss the budget for the fiscal year July 1, 2021 to June 30, 2022 will be hosted at 36386 Highway 58, Pleasant Hill, Oregon.
The meeting will take place virtually through Zoom and may be viewed live or recorded on YouTube on May 17, 2021 at 7 pm. The link to YouTube is provided on our website at www.pleasanthill.k12.or.us. A link is also available on the website to submit questions.
The purpose of the meeting is to receive the budget message and to receive comment from the public on the budget. This is a public meeting where deliberation of the Budget Committee will take place.
We will receive public comment starting May 15th via our website. Click on “Questions/Feedback” link prior to our meeting. Your budget questions will be submitted to the budget committee for consideration.
A copy of the budget document may be inspected or obtained on or after May 13, 2021 at the Pleasant Hill District Office between the hours of 7:30 a.m. and 4:00 p.m. It will also be posted on the website on or after May 14, 2021.
A second meeting to discuss the budget for the fiscal year 2021-22 will be held virtually on June 7, 2021 at 7 p.m., and a third meeting (if needed) will be held virtually on June 14, 2021 at 7 p.m.
